Hispanic Heritage Month (Sep 15 – Oct 15) is a time of year to celebrate ‘Latinxcellence’ and raise the voices of those who contributed to where we are today and applaud those creating a better future.
This month, we kicked off #HispanicHeritageMonth by featuring a few trailblazing Latino/a Emerging Fund Managers that are working towards improving the following statistics:
💡 There are 62M US Latino/as representing 19% of the total US population
💡 Yet < 2% of VC dollars goes to Latino/a founders
💡 Because < 1% of VC Partners are Latino/a

🎉 Harlem Capital’s First Quarterly Retreat was an Incredible Success 🎉
We held a community event with founders, two workshops, a photoshoot, and dinner. We also discussed firm strategy and spent time being vulnerable about our mindset and personal lives.
